I love IKEA. If Alycia was to ask me right now what I wanted to do this Friday, I would say IKEA.
The best part comes right at the end, in a dark corner at at the end of your 2+ hour trek through the massive warehouse and gallery. And I know that by this point it is hard to even tell the difference between furniture and kitchen ware, but stay positive. Right before you check out at the registers there is a 'Final Sale' section.
That's where I found these gems. 79 cents each; I bought 4 not knowing what I would do with them.
Fast forward a couple weeks, and I'm still really digging chevron, its trendy right?! Once again, I found myself with painters tape and spray paint and a bit of inspiration. The mirrors turned out great, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Next time you're in IKEA, keep your spirits high, that 'final sale' section will be well worth the hike!
